Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 

We aim to fulfil all orders within 1 - 3 working days. Please note, if an item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss how you would like to proceed.  

 

STORE PICKUP -  Unit 1, Site J, 15 Albert Drive, Burgess Hill, RH15 9TN 

Orders can be picked up daily, from 09:30am – 16:30pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. This option is free of charge.  

 

UK FLAT RATE SHIPPING  

Orders are generally shipped within 1 - 3 working days from the order date, using DHL and all orders will be sent out on a next working day delivery service. Please be conscious that the courier may encounter some delays. Flat rate shipping fee of £15 (Ex VAT) applies to orders shipping within the UK.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  

Orders are generally shipped within 1 - 3 working days from the order date, using couriers such as DHL and FedEx. Please allow 5 -7 working days for your order to arrive once fulfilled (this is subject to location/country). Please be conscious that the courier may encounter some delays. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. You, as the receiver, will be responsible for these charges.
