Our shipping flat rate for UK customers is set at £15 (ex. VAT). All orders over £300 in the UK automatically qualify for free shipping.

Our shipping flat rate for USA and Europe is set at £50. All orders over £350 will automatically qualify for free shipping.

We can ship all over the world. The shipping rate is subject to change depending on the country.

On all UK orders we use the DHL Express Next Day service. For all international orders we ship with DHL International.

Please note that some shipments may incur a Customs Duty Charge. This expense is to be covered by you, the recipient.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your order. You can use this to track your order with the designated courier. Alternatively you can click here to see your order in your account page

We use a next-day service for UK orders, so you can expect your order to arrive within 1 working day after your order has been fulfilled. For international shipments, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive. These are only estimates, and are liable to delay at times, though this doesn’t happen often!

For customers wishing to return any product from their order, we can either issue a refund or replace the socks with something different of a similar value. Alternatively, we can also offer a credit option in line with the returned products’ value.

If there is a particular design that is not selling well in the shop, we can replace them for a different design. Simply return the design, and once received, we will send out the replacement.

To amend your order, please email wholesale@peperharowengland.com and we can amend the order manually. Please note, you will not be able to amend your order after it has been fulfilled.

You can buy empty gift boxes for you to select the socks yourself, and if you let us know how you’d like it done, we can even pre-pack them for you.

Our thinnest, most breathable socks are either Egyptian cotton or Recycled cotton socks. We offer Egyptian and Recycled cotton for men and women.

Our thickest, most comfortable socks are either the Supima cotton or Organic cotton socks. We offer Supima & Organic cotton for men and women.

Our socks are made in a small town in West Sussex called Burgess Hill.

We use a mixture of different cotton in our socks, all of which are ethically and sustainably sourced. We use cottons such as Supima, Egyptian Mercerised, GOTS Certified Organic Cotton and GRS Certified Recycled cotton.

All orders come safely packed in a cardboard box, lined with recyclable bubble wrap for that extra layer of protection. The socks come wrapped in black tissue paper with a Peper Harow sticker of approval.
