Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at wholesale@peperharowengland.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 1, Site J, 15 Albert Drive, Burgess Hill, RH15 9TN. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for sending the goods back to us, unless the goods are faulty and have quality issues. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at wholesale@peperharowengland.com .

 

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

 

Exchanges In the event that a particular design is not selling as expected, we can exchange for a different design of similar value within 60 days of purchase. Alternatively, we can offer credit of the equal value of the exchanged goods, please contact us for more information at wholesale@peperharowengland.com.

 

Refunds Once we have received your return, the product will be reviewed within 7 working days. We will then contact you regarding the return and how this will be resolved. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at wholesale@peperharowengland.com .

 

Any refunds will be issued via original payment method. If paid via BACS, please contact us with your details.
